PAMSS (Postal Address Management Service Supplier) certification is a South African Post Office (SAPO) approved grading system which entitles you to rebates should your data fall within the acceptable range (97 - 100% correct). Certificates are valid for a period of 6 months if the mailing list is larger than 10 000 records if less than 10 000 then the certificate is valid for 1 year. PAMSS certification qualifies you for postal rebates. You can realise significant savings by having your mailing database certified by Cyan Connect. Rebate structure are as follows:
Rebates are given per sorted item. There are also additional
discounts available dependent on the type of mail being sent. In order
to claim these rebates you are required to be in possession of a PAMSS
